Dr Simeon Ngweso is a Melbourne based urologist, having completed training with the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons (RACS).
During training, Dr Ngweso was appointed the Urological Society of Australia and New Zealand (USANZ) Trainee Representative for Victoria and Tasmania. Dr Ngweso was also the recipient of the Villis Marshall and Keith Kirkland Awards for excellence in epidemiological and clinical research.
Following his final exams, Dr Ngweso undertook a fellowship year at Western Health, focusing on robotic surgery for prostate and kidney cancer and Holmium Laser Enucleation of the Prostate (HoLEP). Further robotic training was undertaken at the University Hospital of Strasbourg and HoLEP training at Johns Hopkins Hospital.
Dr Ngweso is proud to provide comprehensive urological care with a focus on robotic surgery, complex kidney stone surgery and HoLEP.

Dr Ngweso holds a Master of Surgery and is actively engaged in medical education as an Adjunct Clinical Lecturer at Monash University and Prevocational Unit Supervisor within Monash Health, Department of Urology.
Dr Ngweso maintains a public appointment at Monash Health, serving as Clinical Lead for Endourology where he oversees high-volume and complex kidney stone disease and laser surgery for benign prostatic enlargement. He also provides specialist urology services to the Gippsland region as a Visiting Medical Officer at Latrobe Regional Hospital.
Dr Ngweso’s private practice is based at St John of God, Berwick and Mulgrave Private Hospital.
